Enter Sabine, a female Gyrfalcon x Peregrine Falcon hybrid (with a little something else thrown in there that we aren't 100% certain of)! She is definitely quite the character, and loves doing silly things like destroying tennis balls. She is still in training, but is looking like she has quite the potential as a dynamic flier for our flight-capable demonstration team!
