Great Horned Owl
Bubo virginianus
Our newest member of the team is Bo-Katan, a female Great Horned Owl. She was admitted into rehab in 2017 after an accident that left her with a missing portion of her beak and a broken wing. While her beak has grown back perfectly, the wing fused incorrectly and she can no longer fly properly. Since she was an adult when she came into rehab, we don't know how old she is.
